Where we ship

HA Fragrances currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is temporarily unavailable while approved fragrance-safe carriers are being arranged. Shipping options and final rates are calculated and confirmed by Shopify at checkout.

International shipping

International shipping is temporarily unavailable. Our catalog includes fragrance, and we are arranging approved fragrance-safe carriers before reopening destinations outside the United States. Shopify checkout confirms final eligibility and rates for United States addresses.

Order processing

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during high-volume periods or promotions may take a little longer to leave our facility.

Delivery estimates

• Standard delivery: estimated 5–7 business days after processing.
• Expedited delivery: estimated 2–3 business days after processing.

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity and local delivery conditions can extend transit times beyond our control.

Free standard shipping

Free standard shipping applies only within the United States on eligible merchandise subtotals of $50.00 USD or more, before taxes and after discounts. Final eligibility and rates are confirmed by Shopify at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier, and packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may need to be reshipped at additional cost.

Tracking and delays

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. If tracking has not updated for several business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but missing, contact us with your order number so we can open an enquiry with the carrier.
